Super Kitchen Chili Pan Mee [Fully owned by Refined Prestige Sdn. Bhd. and Chilli Pan Mee (Batu Rd) Pte Ltd] is a family restaurant that serve fresh Chili Pan Mee since 2004. On top of Chili Pan Mee, we also serve various scrumptious light snacks and piquant rice dishes that will definitely tantalize your taste buds.
As of year 2020, we are operating 10 outlets located throughout Klang Valley and Singapore.
Having said that, Chili Pan Mee is one of the most popular dishes in the Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is a bowl of dry pan mee (flat flour noodles) served with minced pork, anchovies, fried onions, and topped with a poached egg. The most crucial ingredient that makes a bowl of Chili Pan Mee awesome undoubtedly lies in the dry chili mix that is served alongside the Chili Pan Mee and the exquisite runny poached eggs. The dish is complemented with healthy and fibrous sweet potato leaves in a cleansing clear broth.
Some Food and Beverages companies are established to attain the fanciest Michelin Star ratings or to franchise their brand to all around the world within a short period of time. What about us? Our ultimate goal is to make Malaysia and Singapore a happier place, one bowl of Pan Mee at a time. We love seeing the smile on our patrons’ faces while slurping on our Pan Mee. This has been the vision of our company since the very first day of its establishment.
We had always wanted to expand our business into the offshore market (outside of Malaysia) and we are looking forward to expand to many strategic locations that we have in mind. We are currently conducting intensive internal training to our comrades so that the quality of our food will not be compromised for the outlets that we would be establishing in the near future.
On top of that, there is also a gap in the offerings available at many cities outside of Malaysia which we would seek to fill with our delicious and scrumptious Chili Pan Mee. Whilst offering multiple convenient locations to enjoy our famous Chili Pan Mee, it is of greater importance to us to maintain the high standard of service and product that we already deliver at our 11 outlets in Malaysia daily.
In order to penetrate into the Singapore market, it is of utter imperative for us to maintain the best quality of our food. To achieve that, all our dishes on our menu are enthusiastically made to order to ensure the food we serve is always fresh and tasty. Besides, quality control is stringently maintained from our Central Kitchen.
It is our firm conviction that we will always invest our company’s resources into providing the very best quality of food ingredients. Everything, from our chili flakes to our delicious springy noodles are all passionately made every morning from scratch in our central kitchen. We will only use the freshest ingredients in our food.
